Help us welcome Autumn! 

Join us for a casual reception of meditation, socializing and refreshments. 

Saturday, October 12 from 3-6pm at the office of Mary Beth Del Balzo

18 Sycamore Avenue, 2^nd floor, HoHoKus

(enter through middle front door)

Meditations will be held at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30

Each meditation will last for about 15 minutes.
