Make Some Positive Changes This Spring
This Spring, Mary Beth will be holding a number of empowerment workshops and group classes aimed at helping people get past some of negative habits and blocks, and retraining ourselves to accept health and happiness. These classes can help bolster your private practice and can also be an introduction to unlocking the subconscious for myriad results.
All of these classes are by registration only and are available at a $25 cost per class or $85 for four classes in advance (unless otherwise stated).

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - Everyone feels stress. You will learn the tools needed to diffuse, cope with, and avoid it, through this workshop series. Channel energy otherwise spent on stress into positive energy in order to achieve abundance, happiness, and health. Benefits include immune system support, pain management, stress relief, relief from anxiety and depression. ($25 per class or $85 for all four in advance)

Smoking Cessation - Please stop smoking! Maybe you know someone who smokes, or maybe you have struggled with smoking. Quit smoking healthfully through hypnosis. Group classes are being held on Saturdays in April and May. Some people report smoking cessation after just one session, while others need several classes to really lick the habit. Don’t let a belief that you should be able to quit in one day what took you years to build into today’s habit stand in the way of your health!
