Women and Work - Letting Go Of Fear

I have been amazed reading Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In: Women, Work and the Will To Lead.  My daughter Jess suggested it to me, and I wish it had been around when I was I my twenties. As a more "mature" individual at this point, I am nodding my head and agreeing, and highlighting portions that I can reference later.  For now, the most significant thought to mull on, and never too late to consider is "what would you do if you were not afraid". Love this. I am looking forward to applying this to many situations.

Try applying it to your heart's desire when fear comes up. What would you do?
