· 1 bunch kale, washed, deveined and chopped into bite sized pieces
· Olive oil
· Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350o
Dry kale. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper. Julia says it takes about 10 minutes in oven until crispy. Eat and enjoy!
