Julia has a hankering for kale!



Crunchy Kale


A recipe from George Villafuerte, massage therapist par excellence!

· 1 bunch kale, washed, deveined and chopped into bite sized pieces

· Olive oil

· Salt and pepper to taste

Cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 350o

Dry kale. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper. Julia says it takes about 10 minutes in oven until crispy. Eat and enjoy!

  1. Yum!! I like greens like this also seared with garlic (and a lil olive oil) and then finished with a little white vinegar. It's one of my faves. Delicious AND good for you, like we say.
